SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note, delays due to customs, postal strikes, or weather may impact delivery.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred by customs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [Customer Service Email] with your order details, and we will assist you with the replacement process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process
To start a return, contact us at cmart2014@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order. Once the return is processed, you’ll receive a refund for the original item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
